Challenge
In the densely competitive real estate industry, developing a unique communication approach is not easy. We translated Habicom's approachable and good-humoured atmosphere into a 90-second movie that highlights the process of putting a property up for sale by the company's brokers.
What we did
By using a storytelling approach and highlighting the human side of the real estate industry, we aimed to create a playful yet effective marketing tool that would help Habicom attract new clients and grow its business.
